Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Delhi by flight

Assistance upon arrival at Delhi International Airport by our representative. And it will transfer you from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2

Delhi – Leh by flight

You will be taken to the Delhi airport early in the morning to catch your flight to Leh. Our representative will greet you at the airport in Leh and take you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to unwind and adjust to your new surroundings (3500 m). A lovely introduction tour through Leh and its bazaars takes place in the late afternoon. On the old Chinese Silk Road, Leh was a significant commercial center. The town is known for the nine-story Namgyal Palace, which has been compared to a smaller version of Lhasa's Potala Palace.

Day 3

Leh sightseeing

You will proceed on a sightseeing tour of Leh's gompas after breakfast (monasteries). The Thikse Monastery of the Gelukpa order will be your first stop. Its red and white structures, which are positioned on a hill, are visible for miles. You will visit HemisGompa, which is a Drukpa order monastery. It is not only Ladakh's largest and wealthiest monastery, but it also has one of the greatest collections of ancient relics in the country, as well as remarkable 17th-century murals and painted stone reliefs that adorn the courtyard gallery, making it a true UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then you'll travel to Matho monastery, which is located on the Indus River's opposite bank from Thikse. In the evening you will return to the hotel.

Day 4

Leh - Likir (3,400m) – Yangthang (3690m) (Trekking 01st day)

After breakfast, you will travel to the starting location of the walk, stopping in Likir along the route. Despite the short distance, the route is hot, dry, and requires traversing two passes. From Likir, the route heads west to Phobe La (3580m), and then on to Sumdo village. The ascent is gradual until you reach Chagatse La. (3630m). Yangthang is a town located on the other side of the pass (3790m). Trekking: 08km/04hrs (Approximate)

Day 5

Yangthang (3690m)-Tsermangchen La (3850m) – Hemis Shukpachen (3633m) (Trekking 02nd day)

The approach and descent are both moderately graded, making this a simple day hike. The trail heads north, then drops for a short distance before crossing a creek and climbing west to Tsermangchen La. (3755m). After a brief rest at the pass, you'll descend to Hemis Shukpachen. The town is one of Ladakh's most picturesque, named after a cedar forest. Several lovely streams, surrounded by shade willows and vast barley fields, provide color to the otherwise desolate Rocky Mountains). Trekking: 05km/03hrs (Approximate)

Day 6

Hemis Shukpachen-Mebtak La (3750m)-Tingmosgang (3230m) (Trekking 03rd day)

Today is the last day of your trek. The trail rises between two hillocks west of town before turning south and reaching the Mebtak La (3750m), which is marked with prayer flags. You'll trek all the way down to Tingmosgang town, which is a scenic community with apricot orchards, after descending the canyon from the pass to Ang village, which is located on the banks of a river. Trekking: 07km/04hrs (Approximate)

Day 7

Tingmosgang -Lamayuru- Leh (165km/4hrs)

Today, you'll go to Lamayuru and see the Lamayuru monastery. One of Ladakh's oldest and largest monasteries, Lamayuru Monastery, is said to have been built about the same time as Alchi Monastery. After that, you'll drive to Leh, stopping at Alchi Temple along the route. One of Ladakh's most beautifully designed monasteries is the Alchi Gompa, which is recognized as the world's oldest Buddhist learning institution. It is also Tibetan translator Rinchen Zangpo's largest and most visible gompa.

Leh - Delhi

This morning, you'll be transferred to Leh airport to board a flight to Delhi, where you'll catch your ongoing flight back home.
